Terms & Conditions

Each individual membership package consists of up to 8 appointments per month.

Standard membership offers up to 10 hours of service per month

Deluxe membership offers up to 12 hours of service per month

Premier membership offers up to 15 hours of service each month

all appointments included in your monthly subscription plan must be used within the calendar month.  any unused appointments or hours will be forfeited and will not accumulate or be carried over to subsequent months.
